R. B Thiruvengadam received his Bachelors in Architecture from TVB School of Habitat Studies and Masters from School of Planning & Architecture, Delhi. He trained and practised as an architect prior to focusing on the unique relationship between light and architecture. He has worked with Gian P Mathur and Mandala for several years as an architect , senior associate and also as an associate professor at Sushant School of Art & Architecture, Ansal University, Gurugram and G.D Goenka University, Gurugram.
Shreedevi
Partner
Shreedevi VK is a
gold medalist graduate from NIT Calicut and has done her post graduation from SPA Delhi
in Urban Design. She has worked with a diverse range of firms from Inform in Bangalore
to Benny Kuriakose & Architects in Kochi & Chennai.
As a designer Shreedevi has always believed Mies van der Rohe's phrase "God is in the
Detail". Her experience in the past has helped in making her an efficient task
master and facilitate collaboration with architects and clients alike.
Ananya Sethi
Associate
Ananya Sethi graduated with a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Sushant School of Art and Architecture.
With prior experience of working with Vir.Mueller Architects, she has been an integral part of the team. In 2021, Ananya represented URI at an international platform at the
ISOCARP Conference in Qatar and received recognition on a global level.
Simran Raswant
Associate
Simran Raswant graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Sushant School of Art and Architecture in Gurgaon. She has worked with r+d studio, Gurgaon and Mathew and Ghosh Architects, Bangalore prior to her association with URI. Ms Raswant is a mentor with Women
in Lighting and is also currently pursuing the MS.AAD Program at Graduate School of
Architecture, Planning and Preservation, Columbia University.
Aastha Jain
Associate
Aastha graduated with a
diploma in Interior Design from International Polytechnic for Women, Delhi. She has worked
with Halomax and Sai Innovation as an interior designer before exploring her interest as a
lighting designer with URI.
Preeti Rawat
Associate
Preeti Rawat is a conceptual designer who dove right into the field of lighting design to
invigorate her eclectic aesthetic . She graduated with a Bachelors in Architecture from DIT, Dehradun in 2022. She worked with Nayak Nayak’s
Associate as a part of her internship prior to working at URI.
Charulata Rajvi
Designer
Charulata Rajvi, is a gold medalist graduated with a Bachelor of Design in Interior Design from Manipal University Jaipur.
She did her internship from Moi Den Interiors, New Delhi.
And Joined URI as a Fresher Interior Designer in 2022.
